Mr MB Uthappa, a retired Assistant Inspector General of Police / Superintendent of Police with Karnataka State Police over 38 years of experience and having worked at various levels in the police department in crime, law and order besides having expertise in handling complex labour agitations etc. While heading the cyber cell he has supervised important cyber crime with International ramifications and interacted with number of International agencies to detect the cyber crimes.
